Appointments require a 20% non-refundable deposit. Adjustments will be accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.

All Permanent Makeup services must be rescheduled 48 hours prior to service, $150 deposit of these services is non-refundable.  Any no shows on the day of a service appointment will be charged 100% of the service and will have to pre-pay in full at time of re-booking.
